Just a short note to tell you how much we enjoyed Bahaman bay and the
condo. It was great for us, especially with the two little boys. They
especially loved the playground and the kiddie pool and the beach by the
lake. Lots of time out there.

My 4 year old kept asking me "whose house is this?" -meaning the condo
-so I tried to explain how we were renting it, etc. He wasn't quite
sure of the concept so I eventually just said 'It's Jason's house". So
for the entire time we had to talk about your house, your beds, your
stove, chairs -etc. It was pretty funny.

We will be sure to keep you in mind if/when we make it back to Orlando
-and have already started recommending you to our friends here in Kansas
City.

Hi Jason,
We enjoyed the stay at Bahama Bay resort for 3 days. The rooms were very clean the beds were comfortable and the decorations were awesome. It was like a home away from home and after tiring days at Disney, it was relaxing to sit on the porch and enjoy the breeze.
We would certainly recommend Bahama Bay resort to our friends and hope to stay there again soon.

Just got back from two weeks in your Grand Bahama condo and I wanted to drop you a note to say how much we enjoyed staying there.
It's a very nice resort and the actual apartment is beautifully
appointed and maintained. My wife and I prefer the gulf coast area normally but my sister in law who was with us definitely wants to return and will be in touch with you in the future. I will certainly recommend you to my family and friends and in the meantime please put me on your mailing list for rates etc. Also if you know and can recommend any rental property on the gulf coast I'd be interested in

Thanks so much! The resort was terrific. We were really pleased with the accommodations and the level of service.
The complex and individual units were immaculately clean and well equipped. The kids had a great time at the pool, we had dinner at Tradewinds and enjoyed the dock on Lake Davenport. Too bad I did not have a chance to utilize the spa!
I will most certainly consider the resort again in the future.

We returned home on Saturday so I thought I would send you some feedback.

In one word - Brilliant !

The accomodation was first class and could not be faulted. As you said the condo was practically brand new , I believe there may have been only 1 or 2 people in there before us. My wife was very impressed and our stay has certainly swayed us to consider condos everytime we go away with the kids instead of being cooped up in a hotel room. The kids loved the pools.

Any negatives ?

Well we did actually get lost for a period of time en route to the Resort from the Airport so I would have to say that possibly the instructions are maybe not so clear. However this did not really concern us. My family were certainly sad to depart and the resort knocked the spots off the accomodation we had in Sarasotta for our second week

So would we return - you bet !

Watch out we could be in touch soon booking up for another visit !!

We have just returned from one of the most wonderful holidays we have ever had!! We enjoyed your holiday home and left it as beautiful as we found it. Thank you for allowing myself and my family to enjoy our holidays in your home!!

The weather was beautiful , the resort was wonderful, the swimming pools were warm.....we have no complaints.

We espcially enjoyed and appreciate the welcome package of bread, bacon, eggs, juice, milk, cereal etc as we arrived very late at night after driving over 30 hours in from Canada.We had everything for a nice warm meal upon our arrival. Thank you again.

We were so happy with the resort that we are looking at the possibility of booking again for next year. We realize that a stay of 28 days or more would be at a much better rate and are interested in booking for March 4, 2006 to April 1, 2006. Please advise your absolute best price on this stay. If your rates are suitable, we would be willing to place our deposits with you now....a year in advance.

We just returned from a week long vacation (well overdue) at Bahama Bay. I was skeptical that the resort would meet up to my expectations. Usually the photos are never truly what the resort appears to be, What a surprise that Bahama Bay was everything and more. We had booked a two bedroom condo, but was upgraded to a three bedroom (that was a nice surprise). The condos are decorated very beautiful, the accommodations were so pleasant and the staff was very kind. I will definitely recommend your resort to all friends and family. We will return to Bahama Bay for our future vacations.

I know it was somewhat crazy, sending emails back and forth, with date changes and add on’s etc. We got to the resort quite late Wednesday and were greeted by a wonderful courteous girl at the front desk. We couldn’t believe it when she mentioned that you had upgraded all of parties, and not just Kord and I. What a wonderful surprise. I can’t thank you enough. The units were fantastic. We were thrilled with the recent additions to the resort, although mildly disappointed that the orange groves across the street were gone. All in all it was another successful vacation at Bahama Bay. I already have three additional referrals for you for bookings for next year. I think I should look into investing in the property.

Jason we are just back to Maine after that wonderful trip to Florida. I cannot thank you enough. Our adult children, their mates and 2 children were on this trip and each loved staying at the Bahama Bay Resort so much we are talking about dates for next year. I would love to get a pamphlet of the property to keep on hand and show to friends who may want to join us as well. Also...I've told many people about this wonderful vacation experience and so...would like to have a pamphlet or brochure to show them as well. They were out of them at the front office. I do have photo's though....many of them! That should help.

DJ, my grandson and I, enjoyed our last swim at the pool behind the Tradewind Restaurant yesterday before leaving for freezing cold, snowed in....Maine! The weatherman in Orlando said, "coldest day of the year for us today", it was about 51 degrees and it was cool and windy but still....better than 2 ft. of snow in Maine and so, the heated pool by the lake was indeed, my last treat of the vacation.

We cannot thank you enough. We would like to think about a two week FL stay next year. We may do one week in Orlando and another driving about...not certain as yet. I'm keeping your address for safe keeping. This entire family thank you so much. For now...Mary & Jim Nicholas

Will do...my kids took all the digital photo's and on our last day, I had them take a few photo's of the actual condo and view from the condo. I left out the most important thing which you may find interesting.

Our 8 year old grandson (will send you one of the best photo's of him in the pool there)....wanted to LEAVE Disney to go back and swim and enjoy the property...oy!! Thanks again. Just got back before Charley paid a visit to Florida. I've done the States and Disney several times so i know the score. Although this resort is still being completed in stages it had no effect at all. Most people especially from the UK are on a roller coaster (excuse the pun) of a time scale from the minute they arrive to fit it all in. All you want is a base to sleep the theme parks take up the rest of the time. However Bahama Bay was so inviting we actually stayed at the resort on several days. The pools and facilities were of a high standard, but the thing that will knock the socks off most Brits is the standard and quality of the accommodation that the condos offer. The web site does it justice, however it is no substitute for being there. This was the best accommodation i have ever stayed in while in the USA. I'll be going back to Bahama Bay.

My Family and I stay at this property 29AUG03-06SEP03. We were quite aware that it was a new property, and enjoyed the fact that it was not crowded at the time. The staff at the ResortQuest office as well as at the Club House were very helpful. The 03bdrm 02bath unit that we occupied was clean and spacious. The children enjoyed the pool! We are planning another visit to Central Florida and....... Bahama Bay. Excellent!!!!!!

Jason, just a note to say "Thank you"! We had a fabulous time in Orlando. Your unit and the resort are beautiful. We were very comfortable and the pool was great! We enjoyed Disney, SeaWorld and Downtown Disney. Unfortunately the stay was not long enough! We did go on over to St. Pete/Clearwater to the beach. It was nice there too!
